Does anyone actually believe the DDOS attacks on WikiLeaks are coming from 'friendly hackers'?

From The Guardian:

after several days of WikiLeaks coming under a determined DDOS attack, apparently from hackers friendly to the point of view of the US government

I’m sure the folks behind this are wearing black, but it may not be only their hats. Does the name stuxnet ring a bell? Curiouser and curiouser.
